Haroon holds a Master's degree from Texas A&M University, bringing a powerful blend of business knowledge and financial expertise to the real estate industry. Before becoming a Realtor®, he built a successful corporate career spanning more than a decade. He began in the aviation industry as a Payroll Specialist, developing exceptional skills in financial accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail. He later advanced into roles such as Senior Accountant and Contracts Specialist, strengthening his abilities in negotiation, analytical decision-making, and managing complex client interactions across diverse backgrounds.

In 2021, Haroon began his journey as a real estate investor. Over the years, he has worked on hundreds of transactions, gaining deep expertise in working with buyers, sellers, investors, wholesalers, and real estate entrepreneurs. His early success in real estate inspired him to leave his corporate job and pursue entrepreneurship full-time. Since then, Haroon has been closing deals consistently and has become a respected influence within the Washington D.C. real estate community.

After years of purchasing, managing, and investing in his own properties, Haroon transitioned into real estate full-time in 2025. What began as a personal passion quickly became a thriving career. Within his first two months, he successfully sold over $1 million in real estate, demonstrating his strong market knowledge, work ethic, and commitment to client success.

Haroon specializes in investment properties, flipping strategies, rental and cash-flow analysis, and identifying high-value opportunities for both new and experienced investors. As a specialized tax preparer through partner firm AQ Accountancy, he provides clients with practical guidance on tax planning, deductions, depreciation, and investment-related tax benefits — helping families and investors build long-term wealth through real estate.
